My Diet Diva Week

I've been looking for a nutritious and safe diet plan. I also considered doing detox, either via juice cleansing (I did this before, read about my juice cleanse experience here) or via vegan detox but both were a bit over my budget. Then I heard about Diet Diva. Diet Diva is, technically, not a detox. It is a diet/wellness plan that counts your calorie intake and opts for healthier alternatives at an affordable price. I was excited to find that Diet Diva wouldn't require me to skip meals nor avoid any type of food, unlike other diet plans.

The Diet Diva Plan has 1,200 Calories per day. According to Diet Diva and some research I did, 1,200 Calories is the average number that women should meet in order to lose weight. You can opt to try the 1,200 Calorie Plan for a day - worth PhP 360 or go for the 5-day meal plan for PhP 1,800.

I took snapshots of my daily meals which consists of breakfast, lunch, a snack, and dinner. Placed <3s beside the meals I loved. :) I didn't drink the Carb Trim; replaced it with coffee (hehe bad) or tea.

Getting the food was easy because they do deliveries (delivery charge applies) to QC, Ortigas, Makati, Fairview, Taguig, Taft and Marcos Highway area. It wasn't a hassle for me because they delivered my food at 5 to 6 am and my work starts at 7:30. Since I had my orders delivered to the office, I just ate my breakfast in the office. What was challenging was eating lunch.. with your colleagues.. who are right in front of you, eating fried food and munching on delicious sweet pastries or ice cream for dessert. Haha.

Anyway, I'm glad I did this because I was able to achieve my goal. I feel lighter, healthier and, generally, better. :) So far, I've been trying to apply what I've learned. I'm testing the waters if I can do Calorie counting by myself. So far, so good. :)

If like me you're unsure how to go about Calorie counting and you want to learn through experience, feel free to try Diet Diva. Check them out here!
