Hooked on Dimpy's
Dimpy Camara, you are an angel sent to fill my days with sweetness! I am obsessed with your Frozen Brazo de Mercedes!
It's layers of amazing goodness! A graham crust, mantecado ice cream, custard then glorious merengue! Super yummy!
It's a little melted here co'z the trip home just took so darn long! But after refreezing it, it was back to its original beautiful form :)
Dimpy's Frozen Brazo de Mercedes is available at her house in Dasmarinas Village, Makati. Just call/text to confirm availability and you're good to go! Don't worry, it's very easy to find. Plus the guards at the gate are helpful too, just say you're going to Dimpy's :)

ReplyDeleteHowever, I don't have the luxury of time to pick up a cake. I'll just try Aggy's version. They have a store in BF Parañaque, and that's a ride away from where I live.
I'd love to taste this in the future though! I heard they sell chocolate cake with caramel sauce as well! :D
