Edge of Glory

Lady Gaga's Edge of Glory has been providing the soundtrack to my life right now and as expected of me and fashion inspirations, the song gave life to my outfit for last weekend.

I know it may look like I'm going out to party, but you should know me well enough by now that I'm not the partying type. This outfit my friends, was worn out to lunch with the fambam.

One of the highlights of the outfit is the bat wing coat-slash-cape. I usually wear this to work and I always get noticed for it co'z they say it's very "devil-wears-prada". I know it's unconventional for work but see my philosophy in buying corporate wear is to find items that I can wear outside work. Really helps maximize my wardrobe and widen my "weekend" options.

One of my favorite items about this outfit (apart from my cape) would have to be the shoes:

The soles are so fierce! Its actually the main reason I bought this pair. Another good thing about it is that it is so comfortable! I could walk in these for hours!

I brought out my silver and black bangles to complete the rockstar look and voila, off I go!
