Since I'm too lazy and still quite sleepy to eat breakfast at home, what I do is I bring a tumbler that is half-filled with
and a ziploc bag of coco krunch (mixed with a few cookie crisp) like so..
to the office.
I know it's not the healthiest of meals but hey, at least I get my dose of carbs (from the cereals), protein (from the almonds) and calcium (from the milk). At least I don't skip breakfast, right?
