1. Sesame Grilled Chicken
What you need:
Boneless chicken breast |
Lots and lots of garlic
2tbsp soy sauce
What you do:
Marinate chicken in soy sauce and garlic |
Combine sesame and grapeseed oil and grill chicken (3-4 minutes per side) |
2. Steamed asparagus with stir-fried mushroom
What you need:
Salt, pepper, 1 tsp garlic, and extra virgin olive oil |
What you do:
Clean the mushrooms appropriately
Stir-fry the mushrooms in EVOO |
Add garlic and 1 tbsp rice wine or water and wait for 2 minutes
Microwave (steam) asparagus in water with salt for 2 minutes
Microwave (steam) asparagus in water with salt for 2 minutes
Combine the mushrooms with asparagus |
Brown rice --cook in rice cooker! :) |
3. Dessert
This, I think, was too much to ask from me so my sister just brought out the
Cara Mia Banana Blast ice cream cake |
